I was drawn to illustration as a small child when I
displayed an aptitude for drawing and painting.
I started formal lessons in illustration when
I was 12.
At 16 I started studying various painting
techniques.
Although I enjoy working in color, I prefer the simplicity of shades
of gray.
I was an early adopter of computerized illustration.
I got involved in the Internet Revolution
early (1994).
From this point forward the majority of my efforts have
been computer based.
I still try to do as many hand-drawn illustrations
as my time allows. I use Wacom digital tablets for
digital illustrations and am a graduate of Adobe's
Master Classes for Photoshop and Illustrator.
I’ve designed and built hundreds of websites
(including this one). My resume includes
companies and individuals from across the globe. I've developed brands, relaunched
brands, and provided supporting graphic materials
for marketing and advertising to over 120 different companies.
I accept commission illustration work and I am
always ready to help you develop the right visual
message or graphic library to support your branding and
marketing efforts.
